Pumpkin Bread

3 cups sugar
3 1/2 cups flour
2 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1 tsp. Nutmeg
1 tsp. Salt
4 eggs
1 can pumpkin
1 cup oil
2/3 cup water
1/2 cups pecans (optional)

Mix first six ingredients. Make a well in dry ingredients. Add eggs, pumpkin, oil, water, and pecans. Mix all together. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour or until well done. Bake in a greased bundt pan.
